New footpath to the 5th Tee

Over the winter we have making continual improvements to enhance the experience of our members and visitors.
We have carried out extensive refurbishment of many of our bunkers. Green-side bunkers at the 7th, 13th and 15th holes have been excavated, the drainage systems cleaned and repaired and compacted sand was removed. A measure of the success of this exercise is that after so much rain over the last few weeks, 31 mm measured on a single day, yet there is no water lodging. More work is planned in the coming weeks on bunkers at the 8th and 12th greens.

The new stone markers at all our tee boxes look really well. |

The ditch on the right hand side of the 15th fairway has been cleared and filled in to facilitate a clearer view of the green on an approach shot from this side.
